The Bronx has been crowned as the birthplace of Hip-Hop. Rightfully so as the city paved way for legends like Wu-Tang Clan, Biggie, Slick Rick and many (MANY) more. I could write a novel on all the talented artists to come from that region. Even in modern Hip-Hop, the Bronx remains a hotspot for many rappers. AKTHESAVIOR is more known as one half of the popular East Coast duo The Underachievers. He never fails to come with the spirit, bars and clever deliveries. When I found out he was releasing solo music I was beyond excited, his last solo album Almost Home released in December 2020. The album provides a wide range of different flavors and sounds from AK and I absolutely love it. “Another Dimension” is an aggressive track that builds off of the Almost Home sound. Lord Fubu assisted on the production for this song. AK instantly sets the tone on this track, he is in your face and lets his listeners know that he is not from Earth. He is as confident as ever on this song while flowing over a bouncy 808. Fingers crossed that we get more solo music from AKTHESAVIOR this year. Listen to his new single “Another Dimension” below.
