Putting on for the city of Slymar California , Up and coming artist Ruggo makes his return with a brand new music video for his new track called "Update." The single "Update" is the first track off his recently launched new project called "KIM1," which was released last week and has been a constant listen from the young emcee. Lyrically, this incredibly skilled recording artist uses his platform to portray sympathetic feeling that is constantly in line with the timeless vibes of vintage Hip Hop. RUGOO, however, does far more than merely incorporate previous sounds. He includes a lot of wavy melodies that sweep together with the ambient rhyming layers. RUGGO makes his own music, inspired by a variety of experiences, that appeals to both new and seasoned fans of Hip Hop/Rap. RUGGO has a raw melodic feel.
RUGGO opened for Cypress Hill's B-Real, Snoop Dogg, Too Short, WC, and many more at The Wire Entertainment's 2018 WestCoast Summerfest. He has also performed at several local events with artists from the Lifetime TV show "The Rap Game," and has just been the youngest artist to secure a residency at After Church LA, which is organized by Multi-Platinum & Grammy Award winning Producer, MyGuyMars. In addition to his ongoing AfterChurch residency, he has been featured on the AfterChurch platform since August 2019 and is now performing at select locations when invited.
