In his brand-new "Money" music video, Dreamville's JID climbs from poverty to affluence.
The East Atlanta MC recounts his humble origins and the hardships of pursuing the American dream as the trailer shows two young guys maintaining a positive attitude while living in squalor. The video was directed by Chad Tennies and Mac Grant. JID raps, "Back in the day, we was taught about reparations, receive a mule, around 40 acres." Fast ahead, fuck patience, I ain't waiting no more; I have to take it, paper chasing like I'm Dre or I'm HOV; Ye with the clothing; Fuck Hulk Hogan, and fuck Joe Rogan because it flows, you know how it works.
