“Crusin” is a re-released song off of HershThaNubian’s Untitled Playlist that dropped in 2016 (which will be linked below). HershThaNubian is a talented MC from Los Angeles who has also decided to base her artistry in Chicago. Her cadences, delivery and overall presence on the mic reminds me of artists like Da Brat, Lauryn Hill and Noname. “Crusin” is a short and sweet song that finds HershThaNubian absolutely flowing over some addicting drums. Not to mention the synth makes you move even more when you hear this track. The music video was filmed at a Rolling Loud event during the festival weekend. While watching the visual you see Hersh kicking it with her homies at a skating rink and jamming out to Crusin.
