Los Angeles based Hip- Hop Collective Coast Contra fuses elements of Soul Trap, Boom Bap, and Latin Trap to create its own distinct sound on their new music video for "Contradictions". Taj and Ras, sons of rap icon Ras Kass and Soul soprano Teedra Moses, met Columbian-born rio Loz in high school and began making music together. Ras, Taj, and Rio ran upon Eric Jamal three years later and discovered him to be a long-lost original piece of the puzzle. Thus Voltron was assembled, Apt. 505 was transformed into a laboratory, and the narrative started. Full of great energy and lyrical brilliance from each member, highlighting the group's unique abilities as well as their remarkable ability to function as a team.
