Kicking off the new year with with a bang, Hip-Hop super group from the west coast name "Coast Contra" is back and going full steam ahead with their new release called "AYO". The new track "AYO" is also accompanied by a cool visual which sets the tone for how the super group is ready to take over 2024 and show the world the essence of what true HipHop is. Not only do their lyrics and enthusiasm set Coast Contra apart from other hiphop collectives, but their innovative expression and how they tell there stories is also a key component which makes them so cool , which gains the listeners attention to wanting to hear so much more from them. They said in an interview with Billboard that they "create music for freedom and creativity", which explains why in just 18 months they have put out almost 20 freestyles.
Many of the tracks that they have put out previously, cannot equal up to the magnitude of a freestyle from the group because u just never know what's gonna happen, but will always be in for a incredible listening experience that will leave you speechless and wanting to hear more from the group. Even though they all work well together, the group is independent. The group really claims that their solo work transports you into the worlds they have created for themselves and is distinct from their collaborative work. "AYO" not to mention was also produced by one of the members of the group name" Rioloz The Bridge" which shows that Coast Contra wears multiple hats when it comes to there creativity ability.
