Chance The Rapper releases a brand new lyrical video for his new track called "I Will Be Your", which comes as the first official music release from the artist of the new year. With so many artists releasing new songs and albums in 2024 already, the music scene is already exploding, and fans are eagerly awaiting the release of Chance's rumored new project, which will take over the internet when it drops. Chance The Rapper celebrated the 10th anniversary of his breakthrough mixtape called "Acid Rap" by playing a number of shows all over last year, but he never got around to releasing "Star Line Gallery", in which he's been teasing for a while. Chance hasn't actually put out a full-length album since his 2019 album "The Big Day". However, Chance has released a number of one off songs in recent years, and he just released a new one this past week. "Just some bars and a soul sample for your timeline" is how Chance The Rapper describes his new song, "I Will Be Your (Black Star Line Freestyle)," and he sounds right. The soul sample isn't that noticeable, but it's still nice, and Chance gets to rap for two minutes and forty-two seconds. Chance remains essentially the same person that he always was. He begins the song by rhyming "Let's grab a smoothie" with "Death Cab For Cutie," and he also makes a Harry Potter joke. Everyone stay in-tune with the Chicago emcee as he gears up this year to drop his long anticipated new album and continue making amazing music for all of his supporters to enjoy and vibe out to.
