Central Cee became the first artist from the UK to ever have a music video directed by Cole Bennett of the Lyrical Lemonade production business. Since releasing his much praised mixtape 23, earlier this year, Central Cee has only released "Doja" as a single. The tape, which debuted at #1 on the UK Official Chart, was 2021's follow-up to Wild West, the year's best-selling British debut album. The rapper is now one of the greatest names in hip-hop in the UK thanks to this single, which adds to his impressive body of work and recent success. On the day of filming, Bennett stated that there was no other artist he would "rather be working with" at this time. Bennett claimed that Cee had contacted him to express his desire to be the first UK musician on Lyrical Lemonade.
